Consultation Fees:
- Fees for consultations are to be settled on the day of the appointment.
- A £50 deposit is required to book a consultation. This deposit is non-refundable but can be offset against any treatment or consultation.
- Payments for consultations can be made using all major credit and debit cards.
Insurance Coverage:
- We do not have arrangements with BUPA or any other insurance company.
- Dr Catherine Bevington is BUPA approved and patients may be eligible to claim their fees back from their insurer. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to clarify their insurance coverage prior to treatment.
- We are happy to assist patients by completing medical forms to notify insurers of the reasons for recommendations.
Laboratory Investigations:
- We conduct blood tests at The Doctors Laser Clinic and have an agreement with the Norfolk NA Norwich University Hospital laboratory for private testing.
- Any specimens leaving our Clinic must be fully paid for upfront.
- Payments for investigations, once forwarded to our laboratories for analysis, are strictly non-refundable.
- Patients can settle laboratory investigation fees using all major credit and debit cards.
Payment Methods:
- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Please note that there is an additional 5% charge for payments made using AMEX.
Receipts:
- We issue receipts of payment, which can be emailed to patients for their records.
Voluntary Payment for Investigations:
- Paying for investigations is voluntary and reflects the patient’s decision to manage their medical issue.
- We do not have service level agreements with private medical insurers, and coverage varies between insurers.
